Modelisation is the process of creating a 3D digital twin of your garment. You provide the measurements, and we generate a high-quality, physics-accurate 3D model that customers can try on virtually.
An active slot represents one garment that is currently available for customers to try on in your store. You can swap items in and out of active slots as your inventory changes.
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. The new features and limits will be applied immediately, and the cost will be prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle.
After your 3-month Trial commitment, you can choose to upgrade to a paid plan (Starter, Growth, or Scale) to keep using your active slots and modelisations. If you don't upgrade, you can keep using your 3 modelisations for as long as you want
Billing is handled directly through your Shopify account. The subscription fee and any additional charges (for extra slots or modelisations) will appear on your regular Shopify invoice.
Modelisations included in your plan (e.g., 100/year for Growth) are replenished annually. Unused modelisations do not roll over to the next year. However, the 3D models you've already created are yours to keep.
